In reply to antoine31. Definitely not a system for everybody! Actually come to love the Instax Wide format, but the square is totally iconic. Definitely have to check out that NONS square SLR they announced.

Nice article! If you are unused to zone-focusing – did you know you have a rangefinder built into your own head? Assuming you have 2 good eyes… Check out https://tomchuk.com/rf/ – the Human Rangefinder. I drew mine on a credit card, since I always have that on me. I used it a lot with my Rollei 35 until I became good at estimating distances.

I got a Rex with the Polaroid 600 lens mount since I already had “The Goose” and already had a lens. It is truly a fun camera for me. I have a light meter that I put on one of the shoes and a viewfinder for the middle. I am waiting for a show mount rangefinder to complete the set. I definitely brings out the best of the Instax!!!
